Here at Replay Toys we want to assure that our customers receive and are happy with their products. We do our best to make sure each item is packed with care but in the event the item arrives damaged here is the course of action you can take.
1. Take pictures of the item. Make sure to include the damage from all angles.
2. Send pictures to our email email@example.com
3. Wait on a response from our support team.
If we approve the return regularly check your email for a return label and a refund notification.
- Requests for returns of damaged or defective Items must be received within 10 days of delivery to be considered.
- Minor cosmetic damage to product packaging or boxes is not considered product damage. Torn or crushed packaging is the responsibility of the freight carrier, and claims for such damage should be filed with them at delivery. We are only able to consider returns in cases of defects of the actual merchandise itself. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects on items in cases of obvious user abuse.
All "PRE-ORDERS", and "Layaway", orders are non-refundable.
