1. Take pictures of the item. Make sure to include the damage from all angles.
2. Send pictures to our email firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Wait on a response from our support team.
If we approve the return regularly check your email for a return label and a refund notification.
We only accept returns on damaged or defective items. No exceptions.
